You have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at happyhomedesigns20@gmail.com. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishables, custom products, hazardous materials, and items on sale or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
To exchange, initiate a return, and upon approval, you can make a new purchase.

EU Orders
European Union customers may cancel or return within 14 days.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t see it after 15 business days, contact us.
